Ordering & Delivery

How do I order a test kit?
Select your preferred test kit from our website and complete your purchase online. After checkout, you’ll be prompted to complete a secure medical questionnaire. Your responses will be reviewed by our partner physician, who will submit the official test request. Once approved, your kit will be shipped directly from our accredited laboratory to your address—no clinic visit required.

How are test kits delivered?
All test kits are shipped directly from the laboratory to your nominated address using reliable courier services. You’ll receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes, we deliver test kits to all regions within Australia.

Sample Collection & Submission

How do I collect my sample?
Each kit includes easy-to-follow, step-by-step instructions for collecting your sample at home. If you need extra support, we recommend reaching out to us via email for additional guidance.

Where do I send my sample?
Prepaid return packaging and instructions are included in your kit. Simply follow the instructions and send your sample back to the laboratory.

Test Results

How long does it take to get my results?
Turnaround times depend on the type of test:
  • Saliva tests: 3–5 business days
  • Urine dried strips: 14 business days
  • Stool tests: 5–7 business days (12–15 for metagenomics)
  • Spot cards (IgG/IgA): 12–15 business days
  • Blood spot (Omega-3, NAD+): 7–14 business days
  • DNA/genetic tests: 18–21 business days
    (Timeframes begin once your sample is received by the lab.)
How will I receive my results?
Results are sent securely to your nominated email address as soon as they are ready.
Will someone help me interpret my results?
Our reports are designed to be very intuitive and easy to read, so you can quickly understand your results. For personalized medical advice, we recommend sharing your report with your local GP. If that is not available, you can book a consultation with one of our partner practitioners here.

Are your tests accurate and reliable?
Yes. All tests are processed by our partner accredited Australian laboratory that meets NATA ISO 15189 and CLIA standards for quality and competence.
What happens if my sample is lost or fails?
If you encounter any issues with your sample or results, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.
