Each kit includes easy-to-follow, step-by-step instructions for collecting your sample at home. If you need extra support, we recommend reaching out to us via email for additional guidance.

How long does it take to get my results?
Turnaround times depend on the type of test:

- Urine dried strips: 14 business days
- Stool tests: 5–7 business days (12–15 for metagenomics)
- Spot cards (IgG/IgA): 12–15 business days
